Coffee Hour from 10 am to 11 am in Community Hall
Meeting from 11 am to approximately noon in Meeting House
[remember: this is Martin Luther King Day weekend]
There are three seats on the Board of Directors to be filled
please be prepared to submit nominations
and to cast your vote
Current officers will report to you on
● the present state of our buildings
● our finances
● plans for the coming year:
● events, building repairs, development, improvements

Fourth Annual New Concord/Red Rock Cookie Exchange
The Society of New Concord Community Hall; 2689 County Route 9, East Chatham, NY 12060
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Bring at least three dozen cookies made from your favorite cookie recipe. If you like, also bring copies of your recipe to share with other attendees. Everyone will exchange cookies so that we all go home with several kinds!
We'll supply coffee, cups, and conversation.
